Very pleased!
This countertop oven is truly a must-have! The instructions were easy to follow, it was very easy to set up, the power cord is adequate in length & it sits securely in the counter, no slipping or sliding when putting a dish in or taking it out. It does a great job on every setting, has different alert tones, it doesn't get too warm while in use, is easy to use and super easy to clean. It's well designed and stylish too. The warranty can't be beat either. Best of all was the price! I plan to buy refurbished items of this brand from now on. I am very happy with this purchase.

Just What I Wanted in the right price
I wanted a better toaster oven without paying high dollar. The refurbished oven is perfect. The quality of kitchenAid but at a price I am able to pay. All features work great. I like being able to easily adjust the browning level and slices. It’s attractive and roomy on the inside. Even has convection and allows me to bake cookies faster than heating up my big oven. I would purchase again.

Excellent for my purposes.
I'm mostly delighted with my new toaster oven. I live alone and use it every day. I particularly like the non-stick interior. I love the handle which is large and sticks out. It's been easy to figure out how to operate and the instructions are well-written and clear. I like the knobs as opposed to buttons. The temperature and the timer are both digital and illuminated. My only quibble is that the knobs are hard to read when it sits on the counter; they are located at the bottom and the background is black. The size is good for me as I have a regular oven for such things as cooking a large roast.
