Worst experience I spent over $100 for a defective engine that the seller is not owning up to I would go with a different seller if customer service is your priority they are ignoring my messages and instructed me to go on your tube like if I don’t know what I’m talking about they will not communicate or work with you in any manor

As pictured and described. Arrived in 5 boxes as reported. The 2 heads and the 2 line sets arrived first and the largest box being the outside unit arrived the next day. I was surprised how quickly they all arrived. I will know better when my installer actually installs them. I have another brand of mini splits in some rooms already, so I am eager to compare this much less expensive brand.

Great seller, really appreciate their professionalism, communication and fast shipping of the five tier shelves. When there was a question or I needed something they took care of it immediately. Now as far as the shelf itself. I sent a picture and you get three sets of poles. To put together all five shelves. You would have to have four sets of poles. Or you're always going to have one shelf left. Thanks again for resolving issue. I definitely would buy from seller again.
