FedEx delivery person left unit outside by mud hole for a handicap person to get inside structure. Handicap person was present and asked if driver could get it closer but failed to even try to assist. Unit also set in a FedEx warehouse for three days, so shipping time sucked. Also, disappointed in the crazy taxes added on to final purchase. I would have went a different route if I knew taxes and shipping were going to add another $600 to final purchase amount. Nice piece of equipment though.

so SORRY about the FEDEX driver, we will call them on Monday and put in a complaint and for the taxes, EBAY chargers it, not us, I will see if I can send you some accessories for the scooter, thank you
