Everything was as described except unfortunately it is not so much of a thermo cup. It for sure did not even hold cold water with ice cold for a maximum of 12 hours as stated. If anything, it was more like 2-3 hours top. I have a lot of thermo water bottles and I was hoping this would be comparable to mine for when my toddler goes to preschool. Overall it's sturdy so we'll keep it.
