The product was shipped quickly but for whatever reason, USPS couldn't track the shipment very accurately and it took a couple of days longer to receive the product. Not sure if it's the seller or the 3rd-party shipper the seller used. The product came without any installation manual/guide and there were none available online (just the user manual, no installation) so I had to rely on youtube videos and trial and error. It sucks that ordering off Ebay won't get you the free backup camera offered

Bought this device had it sent to my cousin in NYC as Eonon don’t deliver to the UK. Paid £155 (UK) + £90 shipment from USA + £57 Import Tax UK (VAT) and it worked for less than 24 hours before the screen went dead and I followed the instructions in the book precisely and the screen was still blank (dead).
I feel ripped off! If Eonon do NOT get back in touch with a brand new unit sent to me in the UK I will instruct my bank to claim the money back.
