Received a package without any content in it. The package had usps stamp stating that USPS received the package without content. I contacted seller for refund mentioning the issue. However, the seller denied my request for refund and asked me to work with USPS. it is Seller’s responsibility to figure out on what happened and work with their shipping company. As local USPS received the package with out content, they can not help anymore. Created a case with paypal and waiting for their decision.

Sent out package with a sealed with tape not sure what happened customer opened a case then closed it for a credit card dispute now no refund will be given They should of just kept the case for item not received so they would of been refunded .
