    Almost

    Appears to fit nonAC cars. Had to modify duct in center of dash to fit. Sounds really good with amplifier and balances the car sound well.

    Had to reshape bracket some to fit in stock location but wasn't too bad. Haven't put any sound through it yet but appears to be good value.
