Fast shipping. The enamel portion of brooch was detached upon arrival, but not fault of seller--due to age of adhesive. Nonetheless, I will have to fix this item before it is usable. The weight of the enameled portion (the picture) seemed much lighter than one would expect from an expensive, quality enamel picture this size. However, the seller was pleasant and fair in providing an appropriate partial refund when I brought these issues to her attention. Beautiful items and will shop again!

Seller did everything right. The hen was carefully wrapped and arrived in one piece. I should have realized how different lighting can make the hen's color appear different than the actual color, so I actually have a double of the same color. It is not the fault of the seller. I am satisfied with the pleasant transaction. Thank you!
