I did not have to contact Seller. These aftermarket running boards are priced lower than other competitors, easy to install and not as heavy as I expected. Perfect fit and looks great on our Ford Ranger (other auto body garages wanted to charge us $200 plus installation for running boards). I am a female and I was able to install this in about 45 mins (I had to read the instructions first). I would recommend this seller to anyone who is looking for running boards.
