It's always risky ordering a guitar online, especially when the shipping is from as far away as Japan. You never know how many people will be handling it going from carrier to carrier. Much love was put into the packing to ensure a safe journey. Strings were loosened to protect the neck. Overall my experience was with this seller was an A+. Will definitely do business with again!~
