Received item as described. Ambre Sultan has a sharp powdery notes of amber, vanilla, patchouli. It was recommended to me and I'm glad I purchased a sample because I HATED IT. This smells (to me) almost exactly like Tabu (by Dana) which has Top Notes: Italian Bergamot, Lemon Oil ; Mid Notes: Bulgarian Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine Absolute ; Base Notes: Patchouli, Oakmoss, Benzoin, Amber, Musk. I would purchase another sample from this seller. Arrived quickly and nearly packaged.
