The item was as described in the ad. �� The ad photo needs to be updated though. Photo shows one handle per side when it actually has 2 handles per side. They possibly could sell more of this item if the photo was current because 2 handles per side is better and more desirable. Also they should switch freight companies because UPS dented up the aluminum siding on my product. I have heard too many bad reviews about how UPS damaging packages. Seller ghosted me after I mentioned shipping damage��

Hi, thank you so much for your purchase.We discussed the double handles on the case with the customer prior to purchase. We sent him the best possible case we could with 4 handles. As far as UPS damage we discussed this with the customer immediately after receiving the information. This was sent to our UPS rep for review. We always communicate with our customers.

This road case is big, beautiful and burly! Definitely was worth the wait, had my shipment delayed a couple of weeks due to parts shortages but the seller did keep me in the loop when I asked about my order status. This is my third road case from these folks and they do not disappoint!
