The power adjust plug did not line up with the factory hole in the door panel. I ended up removing the two screws securing the plug connection and pushing it through the hole without them. The plug held fine by the two body prongs on the side. The other thing was the provided gasket material was a sloppy fit. If your old one is in good shape, reuse it for a much better fit and fitment.
