One Handed.
If you ever need to operate both brakes with one lever, this is literally the only way to go. The other application is dual front disc brakes. Depending on your fork type, this is easily doable with readily available bolt on brackets and disc mounting adaptors.

Better
Works very well, but takes getting used to - I reach for the lever that isn't there any more. But applying both brakes with one lever makes sense to me, and reduces clutter - or frees up room for different clutter, if you want to be like that. Sturdier than another design/material lever I had. I used mine on the left, which leaves the cable holes and slots up - just an appearance thing, which using it on the right, as it's intended for, wouldn't do. I calmly addressed the crisis with black tape, and moved on with my life.

Just What I Needed
I’ve motorized a 26” bike that had dual brake levers; one to control the front brake caliper and one to control the rear. Problem was I had to add a clutch lever to the left side of the handlebars. This left no room for the front brake lever that had occupied that space so I could only operate the rear brakes which significantly reduced my braking ability. This item made it possible to control both the front and rear brakes with my right hand, allowing use of my left hand to disengage the clutch on the engine. PERFECT; problem solved! Works well and the quality is good.

Great for motorized bike building!
Excellent product to put front and rear brakes on the right handlebar so you can add a clutch lever from your bicycle moter kit on the left. Interesting mechanism inside actually pulls both cables evenly. Only small problem was either the pinch bolt to clamp it was a little too long or the threaded hole was a little too shallow. Solved problem by using a small spacer under the bolt. Could have used an extra washer or used a shorter bolt but I had a little spacer handy and it worked perfect.
