Actually, and I am quite familiar with this product, as I have a number of them for conversion of my three-rail fleet to two-rail, these arrived in better shape than the picture shown in the listing. Also, and while the costs were a tad high, this was literally the best job of packaging that I have ever had. Higher than first class and kudos to the Seller for the thoughtfulness.
