Love it cause it is a copy of the last two I have used. Easy to find when laying on a shelf, etc being red; easy to use as made by Samsung. I do not care for smart phones.

Not all functions of the phone worked..... I accepted the fact my investment was a loss. I was hoping the phone would work well as it was my favorite easy to use "basic phone".

Great phone!
I decided to buy this particular phone because I had gotten one for my mother and hers seemed to work better than mine. Hadn't had a Samsung in years, but I think their quality now might be a little more dependable than the well known brands we had been buying. This phone is easy to use and I love the big number feature (both buttons and on the screen). I do not like the ringtones - at all. The recording feature is pretty good, but not good enough to record your own ringtone (and I'm just not spending money to download ringtones). The texting is a little slow, but certainly adequate for someone over the age of 25. The directional buttons are a bit on the small side. Your working room is narrow and it is easy to slip and hit something else - but that is a small inconvenience compared to the ... Samsung A437 - Great Adult Phone
This is a very professional looking and functioning phone. It is slim, has the airline feature, great camera functions, very readable screen, and for the price it is a really great phone. I did not rate it as Excellent only because this is the first Samsung phone, of the twelve models that my family and I have owned, that has what I would call short battery life. At first I thought I might have gotten a bad battery so I bought a brand new OEM battery and it does the same thing. I have to recharge every other day and if my kids get in a mood to text dad just a little too often I need to charge every night. As a family we've had probably more than 30 Samsumg phones within the 12 models mentioned above and we've never had one that sucked this much juice. This is not a phone for a ... Good Phone
I have had this phone for 2+ years and it still works like a charm. The battery life is pretty good and I like the speakerphone. I have dropped this phone a few times and it's very durable. The phone still looks good except the back of the phone tends to scratch easily. I haven't had any problems with losing a call or the reception. The internet connection is somwhat slow.
