First of all, the blue light you get with this product does nothing. It's not the same as the blue light a dentist would use. It's useless. And you can't even own one unless you are licensed. The mouth pieces also do not mold to your teeth.The only thing I would say is good about my item is the actual whitening solution. The carbamic peroxide. THAT works. If I would have know I would have just ordered that. So my experience was positive because the product works. Tbh it was ten bucks so nbd.
