FedEx delivery person left unit outside by mud hole for a handicap person to get inside structure. Handicap person was present and asked if driver could get it closer but failed to even try to assist. Unit also set in a FedEx warehouse for three days, so shipping time sucked. Also, disappointed in the crazy taxes added on to final purchase. I would have went a different route if I knew taxes and shipping were going to add another $600 to final purchase amount. Nice piece of equipment though.

    Easy to install

    My mother needed this air flow mattress due to poor circulation and loss of good skin integrity. We purchased it and it gave her much more comfort and ease of movement in turning her on to her sides. She rests well now.
