    This unit needs fans, but a good product when cooled.

    When I install a power supply or other heat-producing component I install fans to cool the heat sinks. Simply find the ground and the 12 volt output terminal and wire in a computer fan (or two) mounted on top of heatsinks blowing down on them. I have fixed many failing HDTV's by simply cooling them down. Dynex TV's produce way too much heat and need fans on the power supply and main board where a chip is covered with a metal cover with holes-remove it and install a heatsink and a fan.
