This chair is an absolute God-send! I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me to order one a long time ago, vs. using a wheelchair. It offers all the comfort that my Mom needs, and she can now sit up with head and neck support, and interact with family with ease. This recliner chair is a blessing. FedEx delivery person left unit outside by mud hole for a handicap person to get inside structure. Handicap person was present and asked if driver could get it closer but failed to even try to assist. Unit also set in a FedEx warehouse for three days, so shipping time sucked. Also, disappointed in the crazy taxes added on to final purchase. I would have went a different route if I knew taxes and shipping were going to add another $600 to final purchase amount. Nice piece of equipment though.
