Ill-fitting, useless without modification
Technically, the quality is good - but not one piece of this set is the right size. Can't use the old spool - would have bought only the cables if I could - and the new spool is too small diameter, making the cables too long to work. The kicker is that if you pay attention, there is a statement in the listing description in very terrible English advising that the spool is too small and that the cables will need to be altered to work with it. THEN, in the part about return policy they let you know that they won't accept returns of product that has been modified or altered. So if you do what it takes to try to make it work, following their first statement, you've go no possibility of a refund. Nice trick. Good news is that if you can find a REAL bicycle shop that's not just a glorified ... Technically, the quality is good - but not one piece of this set is the right size. Not OE spec, incorrect size - useless / save yourself the headache
Gear/spin wheel is smaller than factory and the cables are longer than factory. This leaves too much slack in the lines making the mechanism useless. Now my vehicle has no rear window/panel/regulator removed and I have to go pull a much more expensive regulator assembly from a pick-n-pull lot while hoping it doesn't rain. (Replacement Left and Factory right).

HORRIBLE
This item is horrible the item's completely failed less then 24 hours later the cable twisted up onto itself and shredded the cheap plastic pulley gear so after it all said and done I had to buy the whole setup anyway

Difficult application
The cables were approximately 1 1/2" too long. New ends were purchased and applied, then excess cable was cut off. The spools were undersise and did not match properly with base or cover. I had to use the old spools. My car is a 2004 Sebring!
