I expected it WITHIN the delivery window, not after. The message also wanted a rating, so the negative rating was valid. Once the reseller was engaged it was an apology-fest with no real soul of service to back it up, all excuses on how EBay sets the schedule for them and it is unattainable. Though I have purchased from SafeCase in the past, I have not had the timeline issues as in this case. The quoted timeline was "approximately 3-4 weeks" and the actual delivery was 9 weeks. I didn't bother to begin asking about the progress until week 7. That communication was not reciprocated here until I emailed them directly. Quality is great.
