Love this album. These guys are so talented and their songs are amazing. Thought provoking, intellectual, mind blowing These guys are not afraid to speak their mind And they're SO RIGHT If you didn't know what is wrong with the world these guys can definitely give you a heads up This is and always will be my favorite band After all these albums are the only CDs that get played in my car, if you Dont like it, get out and walk. Music should speak to you, and these guys have a message you definitely don't want to miss Serj for president Love this album. These guys are so talented and their songs are amazing. I would recommend this cd only if you are already a fan of System. But if you are, you are in for a rare treat of young talent, passion, and over-the-top eccentricity. As always, the drums are spectacular and exciting, the guitar is fast and hypnotic, the bass is such a perfect compliment that it's almost not there, and the vocals soar and crawl to create an atmosphere of anger, hope, sadness or happiness, as needed. The lead singer, Serj Tankian does 99% of the vocals on this album, compared to half of the vocals on later albums. He does a lot more "screaming" and "screeching" than on later albums also. And if you thought their lyrics were wierd in 2007, just listen to the lyrics from 1999. Overall, a good cd, very different, very unique, very entertaining.I would recommend this cd only if you are already a fan of System. Lovely Cd!
The cd case and package came in good condition! However, the third track “Sugar” does not play the whole way through and glitches around 2 minutes and 3 seconds everytime. I’m not sure the reason.

one of the best albums ever made!
this is probably one of the best albums ever produced in the late 90s a masterpiece from the very start sonic in every way the only album by system of a down worth listening to the best breakthrough album ever raw powerful even beautiful at times a lyrical masterpiece with smart and insightful message if you like metal you will not be dissapointed
