first of all, this took a really long time to be delivered.
i also am very disappointed in the product; i have used NOW lavender essential oil for years, and this does not smell right.
it smells 'off'. perhaps it was stored improperly or is not fresh.
not sure if i will toss it (probably) but it seems like a lot of trouble to return the product.
i'd personally recommend purchasing from another vendor; the price point was low, but as i can't use the product, in the end it was a waste of money.
