My item was mailed in a flimsy white plastic bubble envelope, instead of a box that you can get for free from the US Post Office. Refer to the enclosed pictures, you can see that the box got crushed during delivery. Upon close inspection the items themselves, them have actually survived intact. In the future, I could never sell them because of the crushed box. I just want to let you know that I will never ever purchase from you again.

the item was packed in a bubble envelope for protection and in a box, how does buyer state that there was no box? this is a complete false statement, why would the buyer write this?

The 4 mini wacky wobblers were packed in a box from the manufacturer (Funko), similar to your avaerage Funko Pop. This is the box in question that got crushed in the course of its delivery, because it was mailed in a flimsy plastic bubble bag. Had you utilized a free shipping box from USPS, the item would have been undamaged, and we wouldn't be having this conversation. Hope that clears it up for you.
