The most important parts in the kit were the timing belt and tensioner and they were not acceptable. The belt had a crack you could only see once it was stretched out with tension. The tensioner was not for my car. The mounting brackets on the tensioner did not line up with the current functioning tensioner.

My package showed up with a tear in the box. The water pump box and gasket were there, but the actual pump was not. This is completely a carrier problem being rough with packages not the seller. I reached out to Mizumo about this and the customer service is fantastic! They sent out a new pump the following business day. I can't thank them enough!
