    TOMTOM GO 2535TM Mount

    This item was received today (3-31-17) and, it is already in use on my windshield. I don't know why I waited so long to get a replacement for my GPS. The one that came with my original unit was no longer adhering to the windshield and kept falling off. I was having to look down, away from the street/traffic, which I KNOW is dangerous or hold the GPS itself in my left hand while driving (another bad idea). I am extremely happy with my purchase and contemplating purchasing another as a backup. I would definitely recommend this item, in the case of a replacement for my particular GPS. One note I would recommend, however, remove the mount from the window if you are parked in direct sun as this could facilitate the adhesive to wear out faster.

    Direct OEM replacement.

    My mount at the ball joint couldn't even support the weight of my TOmTOM anymore. Every 10 seconds the wife or I had to readjust it. It then became impossible to mount to the windshield, as the suction cup would no longer tighten. This fixed all the problems, as it's a direct OEM replacement. Wish I'd have ordered sooner. Thanks!

    Decent sat nav system

    Sometimes the sat nav takes a while to find a signal and in areas with tall buildings/skyscrapers it loses the signal all together. Otherwise a pretty intuitive and helpful piece of technology.

    The suction does not hold very long. It falls off my pad in less than 5 minutes. A better attachment is needed to hold the GPS without falling to the console. A far better attachment has been needed for many years!
