First item shipped was destroyed in shipping, simply placed in a padded envelope with nothing to protect the actual part. A replacement item was sent. They were told that both sides were flipped and I needed one with the same number of pins on the top and bottom on both ends. I needed this because my cable had data transmission LED's and with the flipped ends my lights were on the bottom and could not be seen. I could not get data signal using their adapter. Same shipping on replacement.
