Personalised on the outside with Gran, and on the inside with Evie. Too late to request replacement. When I asked for a refund, seller refused unless I returned it. I had disposed of it thinking it would be no good to anyone, however seller said they would use it for display purposes. Puzzling, as this would only highlight that they make errors?

I have apologised for my error. In the rare occasion when I do make an error (which we all do at times…unless we are perfect!) I refund immediately, apologise and offer a free card for a future occasion. However, when people are rude to me, I’d rather just process a refund via the ebay returns process. If you can please use the ebay returns process, thank you.
