This damage resulted in a dent on one bar of the bench which I relayed to the seller. The seller then promptly offered a return & refund or exchange. When I suggested a “fair” discount for my keeping the damaged bench, he agreed and promptly issued it. So nicer to find an ethic al on-line reseller!
