It’s been a week & seller still hasn’t shipped new product. What the buyer saw is not rust, there are some stains that occur when traveling in a closed box for a few days. The buyer should clean the Mate and the Bombilla with a dry flannel. This set was sold on many occasions and noone had never told me that it had any problem at all.
