Unfortunately, the end cap had gotten broken in transit. I was disappointed, but the seller was very understanding. They gave me a full refund and even offered to give me a discount on another bat. The packaging was not fantastic which is probably a contributing factor on how the end cap got broken along with rough handling through shipping, but the seller did make it right.
