I received email, item was shipped. I received another email asking for feedback on my item. She kept my money, never shipped my item but posted again for double the price. I waited a couple weeks and then contacted ebay that I never received this item. Today, I got a refund after holding my money and not sending my product. She violated policy, refused to make it right after i contacted her
