Some how bear is lost by mail. Communication with seller isn’t grand, had to open a case when I hadn’t heard back. It was a gift that didn’t make it, finally arriving May 17. Not one single apology from seller. Bear shipped poorly- crammed into a thin plastic bag with packing tape. It was all distorted and messed up.
