    I purchased a radio head unit from this seller, he noted the radio was in great shape and might have a few normal scratches on the screen nothing about broken parts. I received the radio and it had a broken USB port causing the USB cord not to stay in its port. I contacted the seller for him to make this right and his final comment was you bought a used radio not a new one we will wait for ebay to make a decision on the return. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.
