The seller agreed and gave me a shipping label to return the plush. I mailed it back. Once, the seller received it, they quickly refunded me my money. I am very satisfied with how my issue was resolved.

They order the plush from Japan and you wait for it to ship to America and then ship to you. I waited for over 3 weeks for my items to arrive when if the items were in America they would have been here in a week. Feels a bit deceitful. I asked for clarification and they did not provide it to me. Beware you will not get your items in a timely manner.
