    Seller sent a non working item, refuses to help in any way. Told me to contact manufacturer but no manufacturer exists anywhere. Appears to be a fake saltwater pool chlorinator and makes excuses for not helping a buyer of 22 plus years on eBay. I have 100% feedback and this is the first seller I have bought from who doesn’t have the ethics to accept a return of a non working item. I recommend not buying from this seller as they don’t honor the products they sell. I’m out over $400 for a POS.

    The buyer did not mention in their feedback that their first message and return request were submitted 7 weeks (49 days) after delivery—well beyond eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy, which I comply with on all transactions. I would have gladly accepted a return within that timeframe. At no point did I make excuses or refuse to help; I responded promptly and explained the situation clearly. The item was delivered exactly as described.

    Great product

    Three of us bought this and used it on a motorcycle trip. We were able to sync the three units together so we could communicate while riding. You just have to single tap the talk button to talk to the first person then tap once more to disconnect. To talk to the second person you tap the talk button twice then once to disconnect. The only negative is the manufacturer claimed the range is 980 yards (half a mile) but we figured we went out of range at half that distance. Their claim might be under perfect conditions. You also can get wind noise from the persons microphone while talking but it was minor. We're checking into better foam mic covers to help with that problem. Overall we we're really impressed with how they worked.

    Good luck finding a replacement battery

    This is an outdated product that isn’t even produced by the manufacturer anymore. Seems to work as advertised as long as the original battery pack will take a charge. This particular model, SPH10-10, takes a 3 pin battery. I have not seen this battery produced anywhere.
