    Before making the purchase, I inquired whether the Iris phone in question had a physical SIM card or an eSIM only and was told a physical card. However, when the phone arrived I discovered that there was no slot for a physical sim card. When I contacted the seller and informed him, her, or them with pictures, they immediately issued a refund. Mistakes do happen, and this seller rectified the mistake in less than five minutes.     Simple but Mighty

    After having several phones, this is my latest and so far seems to be the most "solid" of them all. It has many capabilities and a long battery life too! I think it is perfect for someone working outdoors and who wants a simple, dependable phone, without all the frills.

    Misleading cell phone ad

    I am very disappointed in this cell phone. The ad states that the phone works a verizon cell phone plan. I brought the cell phone that I purchased to a verizon store to have my phone number programed into it and the verizon rep stated that I could not use the cell phone on my verizon cell phone plan as it can only be used if I had a ATT cell phone plan. I can not use the phone as it will not work on my verizon cell phone plan. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU HAVE A VERIZON CELL PHONE PLAN AS IT WILL NOT WORK.

    Great Flip Phone

    A smart phone would be too much for my 90+ yr old mother. The Samsung Convey was a great replacement phone that was convenient for adding information, ICE phone numbers and a few small pics. This phone almost made me grateful that her previous phone conked out!
