It didn't work, poor quality
I wanted to replace my old Sonicare Plus, but this one turned out to be terrible. I've only used it for 2 weeks and it broke and it doesn't work. Returning it is very complicated. I registered it with Philips, but it still takes more than 3 weeks to get your money back, my order is not on eBay (very strange), so I wanted to return it through the manufacturer. It's very complicated. I don't recommend it. The only good thing is that it's very well design it fits your hand, but at the same time, it's very sensitive and it turns off and you have to turn it back on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
