However, when the phone arrived I discovered that there was no slot for a physical sim card. When I contacted the seller and informed him, her, or them with pictures, they immediately issued a refund. Mistakes do happen, and this seller rectified the mistake in less than five minutes. That's what I call excellent service! I am extremely impressed!
