They duplicated a shipping/tracking number for another package in my zip code. The package was delivered to one of my neighbors with their name on it because it was their package that got copied. I have pictures and screenshots of everything. The package in the picture of the delivery is not even large enough to contain the item I purchased. The seller has failed to respond to me after I reached out to them with proof.

Seller rushed to print a shipping label AFTER I reached out and he had claimed that it we “on its way”. Caught seller being less than honest multiple times and refusing to accept accountability. Claims he had a 4 day ship policy but on the 5th business day after the false tracking info never arrived, he throws together a shipping label and it still hasn’t shipped.
