Packing material was super thin and the glasses were packed too tightly together, resulting in 2 cups being shattered in shipment. I contacted the seller hoping we could figure something out and that just led to more disappointment. I was hoping for maybe a partial refund, to offset the lose of the glasses and the seller would still have profit. But was left with the options of keep them and take the loss or send them back and lose money on the cost of packing material.Smh
