Case is also "mint". Product arrived within the stated time frame, although UPS web, mobile app, and support (for customs import) all stated different arrival times and even arrival days. I would by from Kitamura again. If forced to give a complaint, there was no direct communication for a $5K order. Credit card charged, silence for a week (made me nervous), then shipped.

I contacted them to see what was going on and the seller responded promptly mentioning the lens was in transit. 3 days later, it was at my door. Overall, I'm satisfied. Seller should include more pictures though!
