    Recommended for cramps

    Product, along with magnesium, was recommended by doctor for cramps. Citrate supposed to be better than other types of calcium and magnesium. Have been taking products for approx 3 years and have had far fewer and less severe cramps ever since.

    Great Supplement

    I was running every day and ended up with a small fracture in my pelvis. I started taking this supplement every day and was back on the pavement in less than a year. I like it the best because it also contains magnesium, zinc, and D2. It’s hard to find a good one with all of this.

    An Easy Way to Take Your Calcium

    Now that I am an over-55 woman, I need to take lots of calcium. By all accounts, calcium citrate is the best form to take, as it absorbs better and does not cause constipation. If you are tired of taking calcium in pill form, this is a good alternative. You can mix the powder into water or juice, but I prefer to sprinkle it on cereal. It is not gritty, it has no flavor and it dissolves in milk--I don't even know it's there. This product does not incorporate magnesium or Vitamin D, but I like to alternate with other forms that do such as chewables or liquid forms because taking the powder is not always convenient. The powder is also less expensive than the other forms. I think it is a great alternative.
