It does not contain maltodextrin in this package. Some packages of viviscal hair supplement will have maltodextrine and some will not. I always check the ingredients on each box before I buy it. The maltodextrin raises my blood sugar. I am a diabetic and do not need this ingredient in my diet. Also this seller had this product at a good price.
