Some were written on. They will play but i have purchased AAA balls on on eBay that are in better shape for less money. IThe seller needs to be slightly more forthcoming in describing the item. Shipping was from west coast to east coast. It took the standard time for delivery plus one day. Item was packed ok. I’m not feeling taken advantage of but buyer beware!
