        Great System

        I love this Brita water filter because of it's size and easy of use. It holds enough water for a large pot of coffee without filling it all the time. Either type of filter you use goes in smoothly and lasts a long time. We have hard water with lots of chlorine and this system eliminates all that crud.

        Brita is okay.

        I’ve had one of these before, they’re pretty good. They changed the design, the lid doesn’t want to cooperate, had problems, got a replacement with a fitted lid, but when you take it off it’s impossible to get it back on!? I’m keeping it, but I won’t order this online anymore.

        Heavy when full

        I chose the 10 cup because my husband & I drink a lot of water but it’s heavy when full, I wish I would have bought a smaller one. It also takes awhile to fill you have to wait for it to drain through then add more water, repeat till full but the water does taste good so I gave it 3 stars

        Easy to fill, easy to find and exchange filters, easy to pour, easy to see water level, but not easy to break. I've had this model for years, and now it's time to buy one for my off-to-college daughter.
