    Seller sent the wrong item but then couldn't understand the fact until many messages later with me spoonfeeding them every possible bit of info inc photos to make the point. Once the penny had dropped, seller offered increasing percentages (30, 40, 50, 60, 70 etc) of my payment as a refund until I gave them an ultimatum and they agreed to 100%. They was promised that within two working days but itidn't happen. After several more days I chased them and they finally coughed up. Appalling service.
