A Small, Plastic Yamaha Speaker
I only purchased this speaker because I needed it to match a missing one from a system I was selling (I buy and sell audio systems) -- and I paid more than it was worth. I used this speaker as a surround back in a 7.1 system that had better speakers elsewhere, especially in the front. I will give this speaker credit for having a real tweeter (most mid-fi brand speakers this small do not). Otherwise, it is a very small, plastic speaker that only gets down to 120 Hz. It produces acceptable sound if you plan to use it in the rear of a surround system, but I would not consider using this speaker in the front stage of any system.
