They looks new and have all Shimano engrave. Fit perfect. Need a little use and wear before they start to break good. Price and shipping are excellent.

I believe this is the bulk packaging for manufacturers and shops. Regardless, they appear to be authentic. I installed them and they work well as I would expect from genuine Shimano components. I tracked the package online and even called and spoke with a rep with USPS. Each time the postal worker(s) could give me no information when I provided a tracking number? As of 09/29/2025 the package had not arrived. The seller gave me a instant refund. I hope a seller, regardless of the platform doesn't lose money because of the ineptness of a delivery service.
